Richard Noble | Founder and Principal
Along with my wife Amanda I have created, grown and enhanced successful agricultural operations through a lifetime career in the agricultural industry. From a very early age as a Jackaroo I had a passion for farming of all varieties. This passion has seen me and the operations I have worked with through the best and worst of seasons and led to the achievement of many awards and goals within the agricultural industry. To date I have worked from small family operations in Eastern and Western Australia to large mixed livestock and cropping operations in central Australia, USA, Canadian and Japanese breeding and feedlot operations overseas.
This experience, along with many years working in agricultural administration and liquidation with city based clients, through my career contributes to a broad base of knowledge in how to best optimise agricultural businesses. Working and reporting to board of directors, principals and clients from overseas is something that comes naturally to me and gives me great satisfaction. Whether it be in the yards classing cattle with station stockmen or reporting to overseas or domestic companies in the board room, my experience allows me to communicate with all people comfortably and effectively. The advice and asset optimisation we offer at AOS is not found in any other consulting group. Our family has worked together to combine each of our individual industry skills to provide a well-rounded hands on service to enhance your profits and enrich your operations productivity and we look forward to working with you.
Amanda Noble | Workplace Health & Safety
My family my passion and drive comes from my love for the country and any and all of its animals. I carry multiple qualifications in accounting, business management, I am a qualified veterinary nurse and currently hold Certificate 4 in Workplace Health and Safety and am always working to continue to develop in new fields.
Working on the land and its surrounding associated business channels I have a thorough understanding of the agricultural industry and its many seasonal differences and difficulties. I bring to AOS the experienced knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and its ever growing power within the agricultural industry and how to plan for success. I will work with you to develop your communication and administration channels within the ever crucial WHS industry and work to bring all facets of your business to its optimum working balance between practical and prepared. The correct organisation of a business is our first priority, without business planning the future structures have no direction and this is something that my family and I believe to be a proven path to success and is a service we are so excited to be able to offer.
Samantha Ward | Marketing, IT & Administration
Growing up in regional Australia and now living in the USA, like my family, I have developed a passion for the land and to succeed by thinking to the future and the many different ways to structure businesses to strive and achieve best possible results. I have worked hands on across many properties throughout NSW, graduated from university with a Bachelor of Business Administration and an Associate Degree in Hospitality Management. I worked in Marketing and Business Development with both overseas and domestic clients and in the luxury hotel industry for over 8 years, now I am excited to be contributing to AOS and providing assistance with the optimisation of your operation.
